Responsibilities:


  • Preparing periodic reports on the progress of construction works

  • Research, data collection and processing, drawing conclusions.

  • Preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations.

  • Analysis of materials provided by the Contractor and Inspectors.

  • Maintaining summaries required in monthly reports (e.g., summary of laboratory tests). 

  • Ensuring timely responses to correspondence.

  • Participation in meetings and project discussions.

  • Drafting correspondence.

  • Supporting the Project Engineer in daily tasks.



From candidates, we expect:


  • At least a high school diploma - higher education is preferred.

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in a position responsible for preparing periodic reports on construction works progress. 

  • Experience in railway projects based on FIDIC contracts is desirable.

  • Independence, responsibility, and ability to work in a team.

  • Good self-organization skills.

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Valid driver's license category B - desirable.

INFORMATION REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF JOB CANDIDATE

According to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), the Controller informs that:

  1. The controller of your personal data is MGGP S.A., located at ul. Kaczkowskiego 6, 33-100 Tarnów, Poland, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court in Tarnów, 5th Economic Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number: 0000042514 (hereinafter referred to as "Employer" or "Controller").   2. According to the provisions of the Labor Code, the Controller as the employer is obligated to request from you, as a person applying for employment, the following personal data: a) first name(s) and surname, b) date of birth, c) contact details provided by the person applying for employment, d) education, e) professional qualifications, f) employment history. The Employer requests personal data specified in points d), e), f) when it is necessary for performing work of a specific type or in a specific position. 

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

    • conducting recruitment, based on the authorization arising from Article 221 §1 of the Labor Code – pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;

    • conducting the recruitment process, based on your consent to process personal data other than those specified in Article 221 §1 of the Labor Code, i.e., data provided in your CV and application documents – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;

    • accomplishing the legitimate interests of the controller regarding data obtained from you during the recruitment process, related to assessing your skills and capabilities necessary for work in a 

    • in the job advertisement – based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;

    • accomplishing the legitimate interests of the controller, which include the legal necessity to establish facts, demonstrate the performance of duties, and defend against claims – based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

    • conducting future recruitment processes, based on your consent to process personal data provided in your CV and application documents – pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. 

  4. Recipients of your personal data may include external entities providing services to the Controller, such as legal, auditing, IT, postal, and courier services, as well as entities to whom the Controller discloses personal data in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including public institutions, notably the Tax Office.

  5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of one month after the recruitment process is concluded. In case you provide consent for the processing of your personal data for future recruitment purposes, your data will be processed for a period of 12 months. After the processing period expires, personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized.

  6. Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

  7. You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, and the right to data portability.

  8. Where personal data processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

  9. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

  10. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul.   11. Providing personal data that we may request from you based on legal requirements is mandatory. In other cases, providing personal data is voluntary.

  12. Your personal data are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
