CODE OF ETHICS

In all our activities, we adhere to the highest standards of conduct. We present to you the MGGP S.A. Code of Ethics, which sets the proper direction for the development of MGGP S.A.'s organizational culture and defines the appropriate attitudes and ethical values that apply to the company's employees and collaborators. HISTORY
On February 17, 1998, Franciszek Gryboś, Małgorzata Grad, Bogdan Grodziński, and Janusz Sobczyk signed a notarial deed establishing Małopolska Grupa Geodezyjno-Projektowa S.A. with its headquarters in Nowy Sącz, thereby integrating their previous activities that had begun in the late 1980s and laying the foundation for MGGP S.A.
Today, we are a mature company focused on growth, with an impressive portfolio of international projects and over 20 years of experience.
Establishment of Małopolska Grupa Geodezyjno-Projektowa, now MGGP S.A.
MGGP S.A. expands its operations to include topographic and cartographic maps.
The company relocates its headquarters from Nowy Sącz to Tarnów.
MGGP Aero Sp. z o.o. is founded, specializing in aerial photography and processing.
MGGP S.A. enters the international market, initiating activities in Libya.
MGGP S.A. starts activities in road design, environmental protection, water engineering, and spatial planning.
MGGP S.A. begins investor supervision and substitute investment services in transport and environmental engineering.
Establishment of MGGP S.A. branch in Libya (later deregistered due to wartime conflict).
Contracts signed for aerial photography and digital orthophoto maps with the Cadastre Agency of Romania and the Ministry of National Defense of Lebanon.
Name change from Małopolska Grupa Geodezyjno-Projektowa S.A. to MGGP S.A.
Formation of new MGGP Group companies, INGEO Proiect SRL in Romania and MGGP Ltd in Ukraine, both offering geoinformation services.
10th anniversary celebration of MGGP S.A.
Commemorated at a ceremony in the Bochnia Salt Mine.
Contracts signed for comprehensive project documentation for the expansion of sewage treatment plants in Łęgi and Spyrkówka in Zakopane.
Establishment of MGGP S.A. branch in Romania.
Commencement of supervision contract for the modernization of railway facilities in Tczew, Działdowo, and Ciechanów.
In a significant change in ownership structure
Franciszek Gryboś Spółka Komandytowa becomes a shareholder of MGGP S.A.
MGGP S.A. signed a contract with the National Office of Ukraine for Land Resources to convert land share certificates into land ownership deeds in the Luhansk and Kharkiv regions.
MGGP S.A. acquires stakes in the companies INGEO Proiect SRL in Romania and MGGP Ltd in Ukraine.
MGGP S.A. signed a contract with the National Water Management Authority to develop the Hydrographic Division Map of Poland (MPHP) at a scale of 1:10,000.
The companies within the MGGP Group are implementing a new visual identity with the aim of harmonizing and strengthening the Group's image.
MGGP S.A. signed a contract with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Economy in Macedonia to develop orthophotomaps, digitize agricultural lands, create software for FR and FADN systems, and update the LPIS system.
Closure of the Branch in Romania.
The 20th Anniversary of MGGP S.A.
We celebrate it twice - during a picnic with our employees and their families, and together with invited guests at a ceremony at the Old Tram Depot in Krakow.
