The General Assembly of ZOPI members elected a new Union Council on May 31, 2023, for the term 2023-2028.

Marek Rytlewski (President of the Management Board of Transprojekt Gdański Sp. z o.o.) was elected as the Chairman of the Council.

The members of the Council are:

Paweł Grad (MGGP S.A.),
Miron Klomfas (B-Act S.A.),
Jarosław Krzyżanowski (Antea Polska S.A.),
Andrzej Kula (IVIA S.A.),
Grzegorz Placek (TPF Sp. z o.o.)
Jarosław Wielopolski (Multiconsult Polska Sp. z o.o.).
These were the first elections of the ZOPI Council following the adoption of the new Union Statute in February this year. According to it, the Council has received many new competencies, including the appointment and dismissal of Board members, approval of reports on the Union's activities and finances. It will also collaborate closely with the Board.
