Comprehensive investor supervision, environmental management, and project implementation oversight for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa (PSG) within the project titled "Construction of the gas pipeline from Sandomierz to Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski."

The construction is being carried out in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, within the Sandomierz County – including the city of Sandomierz and the municipalities of Samborzec, Obrazów, and Wilczyce; in the Opatów County – including the municipalities of Ożarów and Wojciechowice; and in the Ostrowiec County – including the city and municipality of Ćmielów, and the municipalities of Bodzechów and Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
As part of the investment, many complex tasks fall under supervision, including:
– Construction of the Zygmuntówka pressure reduction and metering station with a capacity of 9,000 Nm3/h along with associated technological systems.
– Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 200 PN 6.3 MPa with a length of 22 meters.
– Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 500 PN 6.3 MPa with a length of 14,789 meters.
– Implementation of a cathodic protection system.
– Construction of a flow control and relief system and a high-pressure gas pipeline PN 6.3 MPa; MOP 6.0 MPa, with a length of 323 meters connected to a DN 50 pipeline, which supplies the first-stage metering and reducing station in Łukawa.
– Construction of a medium-pressure gas pipeline DN 315 with a length of 1605 meters.
– Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 500 PN 6.3 MPa; MOP 6.0 MPa, with a length of 12,454 meters;"
– Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 500 6.3 MPa; MOP 6.0 MPa, with a length of 13,890 meters;"
– Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 200 PN 6.3 MPa with a length of 6 meters;"
– Construction of the Milków pressure reducing and metering station Q=10,000 Nm3/h;"
– Construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 500 PN 6.3 MPa; MOP 6.0 MPa, with a length of 7,319 meters;"
– Comprehensive execution of connection works on high-pressure gas pipelines from the Krakowska Metering and Control Station to the Milków Station, aiming to integrate the newly constructed gas pipeline into operation;"
– Construction of pipelines for laying fiber optic cables for technical support of the gas pipeline."
A characteristic feature is performing sapper and archaeological works as part of the duties of the WNI.

The project is of supra-regional importance and has strategic significance for ensuring continuity of supply in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and energy security in neighboring voivodeships (primarily towards the Masovian Voivodeship). Upon completion, the DN 500 gas pipeline will serve as the main supply source for municipalities and counties in the aforementioned areas, replacing the existing inadequate DN 300 pipeline. The project is being implemented in less developed areas. The immediate goal is to ensure the security of gas supply to consumers in the Gas Distribution Regions of Sandomierz and Starachowice, as well as to meet the growing demand for gas in parts of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship and neighboring regions. The total length of the gas network under construction is approximately 57 km.
