Modernization of EGiB, Mszana Dolna Municipality

The subject of the work included:
Execution of geodetic and cartographic works, including verification and improvement of the EGiB database quality to comply with the conceptual model by modernizing EGiB in the registration unit of Mszana Dolna municipality. This encompasses data related to: administrative boundaries of cadastral districts, boundaries of cadastral parcels, boundaries of land use areas including their currency and designations, buildings, objects permanently associated with buildings, local real estate. Additionally, preparation of geodetic documentation necessary to conclude administrative proceedings conducted at the Department of Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre of the County Office in Limanowa.
2) Preparation and public display for inspection of the descriptive-cartographic project report.
Participation in the consideration of objections raised during the public display of the project report, and execution of geodetic works necessary to implement changes in the descriptive-cartographic project.
resulting from the included objections;
3) Execution of geodetic works necessary for the conversion and update of EGiB data.
4) Integration of created EGiB datasets into the county's teleinformatics system.
The datasets of boundary points necessary for the numerical description of cadastral parcel boundaries were created based on materials gathered from PZGiK, characterized by appropriate reliability and quality, or brought to the required quality through geodetic situational measurements and calculations.
The area covered by determination and measurement according to the OPZ (Ordinance on Land Surveying) included cases such as:
I. occurrences of buildings colliding with boundaries of land properties. The determinations applied to entire plots where collisions were identified or where buildings were situated on the boundary.
II. instances of exceeding a 40% surface area discrepancy between the numerical map and the descriptive base. The determination activities were preceded by an analysis of source documentation, such as legal statuses in land registers, records of land registration initiation, individual geodetic studies, etc.
III. occurrences of cadastral parcels comprising more than one closed polygon and occurrences of heterogeneous land parcels in legal terms.
As part of the contract, verification and update of land use were carried out. Field surveys and measurements also covered buildings. Property Sheets for Buildings and Premises were established.
Based on the conducted field and office work, a descriptive-cartographic project report was developed, which was subject to public display for interested parties to review.
The resulting products are the numerical cadastral map and the descriptive database (EGiB) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The area covered included: 17,009 hectares, 56,840 cadastral parcels, and 11,417 buildings.
