As part of the investment, a single-carriageway GP (main accelerated traffic) road was constructed, spanning 15.3 km in length. Additionally, a junction connecting the bypass to a county road and four roundabouts linking the bypass to Stalowa Wola, an industrial zone, Nisko, and national road DK19 were built. The project also included construction of roads servicing adjacent areas, road safety and environmental protection devices, reconstruction of technical infrastructure, and construction of retaining walls and 19 engineering structures: (bridges, road viaducts, viaduct over a railway line, agricultural crossings, wildlife passages, pedestrian crossings).
On May 15, 2021, the bypass was opened for use.
MGGP S.A.'s scope of work during the construction included comprehensive geodetic services, such as: establishing and measuring the control network, geodetic positioning of building structures and accompanying infrastructure, staking out and as-built inventory of underground utility networks, ongoing geodetic support for construction activities, preparation of as-built inventories for disappearing works, stabilization of boundary points and witnesses along the road corridor, and preparation of a final inventory of the completed investment.
