MGGP S.A., commissioned by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A., manages and oversees the implementation of the investment project: Construction works related to the reconstruction of Warszawa Zachodnia station under the POIiŚ 5.1.13 project: "Works on the central line in Warsaw on the section Warszawa Wschodnia – Warszawa Zachodnia" and the POIiŚ 6.1.22 project: "Construction of a tram route to Wilanowa with the purchase of rolling stock and accompanying infrastructure."

Location: Mazowieckie Voivodeship, Warsaw
The supervised construction works are valued at 2.4 billion PLN (Polish Zloty).
The completion deadline is from September 2020 to February 2024.
The project includes, among other things:
– reconstruction of the track layout spanning approximately 38 kilometers
– installation of approximately 130 switches
– construction of platform canopies;
– reconstruction of new platforms along with equipment;
– demolition and construction of a new underground passage at level -1;
– construction of a pedestrian footbridge;
– construction of a multifunctional building;
–construction of an underground tram stop at level -2;
–renovation of the tunnel along Al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia;
– construction of new bridge structures.
The investment will contribute to: increasing the attractiveness of railway transport, enhancing passenger comfort, improving railway traffic safety, and reducing station maintenance costs, among others. Warsaw Zachodnia station, after modernization, will become a showcase of Polish railways.
