The E75 Rail Baltica railway line is part of a trans-European corridor that will eventually connect Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, and Finland.
During the works on the section from Warsaw Rembertów to Zielonka to Tłuszcz (Sadowne), 4 railway stations and 14 railway stops were rebuilt, and the tracks were replaced over a distance of more than 60 kilometers. Numerous engineering structures such as bridges, animal crossings, and level crossings were constructed or modernized as well.
As part of their contractual obligations, MGGP S.A. carried out geodetic pre-design work and comprehensive geodetic support during construction, including post-construction geodetic documentation. Specifically, their tasks included: conducting geodetic inventory of objects, developing a 3D digital map for design purposes, preparing maps with division projects, establishing and measuring baselines (basic, detailed, and KOS), providing ongoing geodetic support for construction across all disciplines (tracks with turnouts, platforms, drainage, roads, bridge structures, utility networks), and preparing geodetic post-construction documentation (maps, longitudinal profiles, handover protocols for track axis adjustments).
